How much space do you need to set up?

The enclosure needs about 16ft wide by 20ft long by 10ft tall, plus a little clearance around the edges for the attendant to move. It sets up on grass, concrete, or pavers — a backyard, driveway, or open patio all work.

Can you set up indoors, or only outdoors?

Both. We regularly set up in garages, event halls, and large indoor spaces as long as there's enough ceiling height and floor space. Outdoors, the enclosure is fully enclosed on all sides, so it works rain or shine within reason.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Light wind and heat aren't a problem — the enclosure is built for outdoor use. For serious wind, lightning, or heavy rain, we'll work with you to reschedule or move the setup indoors if space allows. Safety comes first.

How far in advance do we need to book?

As soon as you have a date — especially for weekends, holidays, and larger corporate events, which fill up fastest. That said, we can often accommodate shorter notice, so it's always worth calling even if your event is coming up soon.

What's your cancellation policy?

We know plans change. Give us a call as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel — we'll do our best to work with you, especially for weather-related changes.

What's included with a booking?

Every package includes delivery, full setup, an on-site attendant for the entire session, and teardown — none of which counts against your hired hours. You also get access to our full course library. See the Services page for package details and pricing.

Do guests need to bring their own clubs?

No — right-handed adult and youth club rentals are available as an add-on. If you have your own clubs you're comfortable with, you're welcome to bring them instead.

Do you have left-handed clubs available?

Our rental sets are currently right-handed only. Left-handed golfers are welcome to bring their own clubs to use with the simulator.

Is there an age range for using the simulator?

None — we've set up for kids' birthday parties and adult corporate events alike. Younger or first-time golfers tend to have just as much fun as experienced players.

How many people can play at once?

The bay comfortably fits a foursome rotating through, with room for spectators to hang out inside the enclosure. Larger groups can rotate players through the session.

What courses can we play?

Our library includes 2,000+ real courses, from local and regional favorites to famous PGA venues, plus practice ranges and mini-games for kids or casual groups.

Do you offer a veteran discount?

Yes — we're veteran-owned and operated (U.S. Coast Guard), and we offer a discount to fellow veterans. Just mention it when you request a quote.
